Why can't I immediately see my design proof online?
Because we specially design all of our items, and in order to provide the most flexibility to our customers, we are not able to provide a proof immediately online. However, for most personalized items, we do offer you example designs to choose from. Feel free to provide all of your personalization information (including changes to any of our example designs) you wish to have custom-made for you! Our design team will then create a design proof specifically for you after your order is placed. A design proof will then be available for your review online. You will be notified via e-mail when your proof is ready for review or you can check often at our website under ORDER STATUS. If we cannot meet your design needs, your unprocessed order will be cancelled and refunded (subject to a $10 design fee). Rest assured that we will not begin processing any order until we receive your final approval on a design.
Can I see my proof before I pay?
Our designs are always free on completed orders, however, in order to provide this service, we do require pre-payment on all orders prior to creating specific design proof(s). However, we do take all steps possible to modify your proof until you are completely satisfied and we will not begin processing any order until your final approval has been received. If, for any reason, we cannot provide a design to your satisfaction, your order will be cancelled & refunded (subject to a $10 design fee per item). If you wish to see a proof before placing a large order, we will accept a $10 design fee that will be applied toward your final order (please contact us toll-free at 1-877-635-3361 to make arrangements).
How long will it take for my order to be shipped/delivered?
See our processing time-table for order turnaround. All orders that do not require a design proof will generally be shipped sooner. If your order requires a design, we will send you a notification via e-mail within 2-3 business days when your proof is ready for review (so check your e-mail regularly). You may also check online for your design proof by clicking on ORDER STATUS from the main navigation bar. Design proofs are necessary to assure our design meets your expectations and that all wording, colors, etc. are correct. Once you have approved the proof for printing, you must then allow up to an additional 2-3 business days for standard orders before your item is processed & shipped. We do work hard to get your designs & shipments out as quickly as possible, but please consider these timeframes when ordering items for your specific event.
In order to meet these timeframes, your cooperation is required to respond to & approve design proofs for your order. We do process all orders in order of priority date. Order fulfillment may be delayed if your timeframe falls on a postal holiday or if we are scheduled to be closed. Click here for a listing of our scheduled closures.
How will I receive my order?
Most orders outside of the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area will be shipped via United States Postal Service (First Class, Parcel Post, Priority or Express). Canadian orders are no longer being accepted due to issues with tracking & customs. If you live within the Sioux Falls Metro area, we can drop off your order at your event location or at your home Monday thru Friday for a small fee (Delivery fees vary based on your specific city). If you would like to order our customized favor box-sets or are ordering chocolate bars, we do recommend caution in the summer months (May - September) as the chocolates could melt if exposed to high temperatures and we cannot be held responsible for this - especially when being shipped through the mail. You are also welcome to pick up your order in the Sioux Falls area upon request, however payment will be required upon placement of your order.
Will I need to assemble anything?
Certain items we carry are fully assembled (including box-sets, scrolls, kid's bags, and candy bars). Please read your item description to see if your item is already assembled. Most items that do not come fully assembled (such as candy wrappers & foils) include detailed instructions.
Do I have to provide my own design & poem for candy wrappers or scrolls?
No - you can choose a pre-designed image for our candy wrappers or we can use your own design or image (including your own photo at no additional charge). For our scrolls, you can provide the text or poem or we can prepare a special message for you. We will allow you to proof all of the artwork and text before printing! We will not distribute any images that you submit after the order is fulfilled without your consent.
Can I request special items not on your site?
Yes - we strive to do everything we can to assist in your personalized needs. If we are able, we would love to create special items specifically for you. We are unable, however, to reproduce licensed designs without permission due to copyright infringement; however, we can help match particular themes (by including colors or general images in a related theme).
