Is Reduced or Free shipping available? Many of our items are available with free standard (or reduced) shipping when your combined order total (before shipping and taxes) is over $50 and the coupon code "FreeShip" is entered at checkout. Items that are eligible are indicated upon checkout. Eligible items will be applied a discount of up to the standard shipping costs (regardless of shipping method chosen).
If qualified items are purchased in combination with non-qualified items, discount will be applied only to eligible items if the order total remains over $50.
How much do you charge for shipping? Our shipping rates vary widely based on the timeframe your order is needed, the type of items you are purchasing (based on weight, and perishable items), the total quantity of each item and, finally, the overall total (large orders receive discounted rates). From your shopping cart, please fill out all shipping information requested and select CHECKOUT. The next screen will display the total shipping costs before you enter any billing information. As a general rule of thumb, the following are starting costs prior to any discounts (varies by total item weight & shipping location):
Standard Shipping - $1.95 and up
Priority Shipping - $6.45* and up
Insulated Priority Shipping - Additional $1.50
Express/Insulated Shipping - $22.95* and up
Local Delivery (Sioux Falls) - $6.00**
*Totals include an In-House Rush Processing fee of $2.00 for Priority and $5.00 for Express.
**Some areas outside Sioux Falls, South Dakota city limits is $9.00. Not all areas available for delivery.

We offer Insulated Shipping for extra protection of chocolate above 75° F (required during Summer months); However, please consider any extreme high temperatures in your area (Express Shipping option may be best). Most of our items ship from South Dakota - see map above for current national temperatures. We cannot guarantee the condition of chocolate upon arrival, but will make every attempt possible to assist.
How will my items be shipped? All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, unless otherwise arranged. Orders are prioritized based on Need-By date and shipping method selected. If no need-by date is given, standard processing/shipping time is 2-3 weeks. If your item requires a design proof, additional time will be required to finalize a design and your quick response will be necessary to avoid any shipping delays. Click to view our holidays and office closures. No orders will be accepted that do not allow enough time for processing based on your item selections and required need-by date.
Will I be able to track my order? Yes. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification that your order is ready to be shipped. Included in the e-mail will be a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online at usps.com.
NOTE: Delivery Confirmation only provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once the article has been delivered. Other statuses are reported (such as electronic notification of sent package and/or attempted deliveries). However, it does not provide for any tracking through the mail stream (such as with UPS). You may also visit the Postal Inspection Service website and complete a mail loss report. Be sure to include your package tracking number.
