Is Reduced or Free shipping available?
Many of our items are available with free standard (or reduced) shipping when your combined order total (before shipping and taxes) is over $75. Items that are eligible are indicated upon checkout. Eligible items will be applied a discount of up to the standard shipping costs (regardless of shipping method chosen).

If qualified items are purchased in combination with non-qualified items, discount will be applied only to eligible items if the order total remains over $75.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping rates vary widely based on the timeframe your order is needed, the type of items you are purchasing (based on weight, and perishable items), the total quantity of each item and, finally, the overall total (large orders receive discounted rates). From your shopping cart, please fill out all shipping information requested and select CHECKOUT. The next screen will display the total shipping costs before you enter any billing information. As a general rule of thumb, the following upgrades are available at an additional cost above the base shipping rate calculated (can vary by item & shipping location):

  • Priority Shipping - Additional $3.70
  • Insulated Shipping - Additional $6.20
  • Express Shipping - Additional $13.30 - 22.80
  • Global Shipping - Additional $12.20

The above also includes fees for rush processing.

How will my items be shipped?
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, unless otherwise arranged. Most orders are fulfilled and ready to ship within 2-3 business days. If your item requires a design proof, additional time may be required to finalize a design. Shipping times will then be according the method you choose:

  • Standard Shipping* - 3 to 9 Business Days
  • Priority Shipping - 2 to 3 Business Days
  • Insulated Shipping - 2 to 3 Business Days
  • Express Shipping - 1 to 2 Business Days
  • Global Priority** - 4 to 6 Business Days
  • Local Delivery - 1 Bus. Day (Albuquerque Metro)
  • * Standard shipping not available for orders containing chocolate

    ** Global Priority shipments outside the US may be assesed additional customs charges. We are not responsible for these additional charges, please check with your local customs department before placing your order.

    Orders using Priority or Express Shipping will be automatically rushed as a priority order. Otherwise, priority is based on your Need-By date indicated upon checkout. Processing & shipping times may be delayed during holidays and office closures.

    Will I be able to track my order?
    Yes. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification that your order is ready to be shipped. Included in the e-mail will be a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online at usps.com.

    NOTE: Delivery Confirmation only provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once the article has been delivered. Other statuses are reported (such as electronic notification of sent package and/or attempted deliveries). However, it does not provide for any tracking through the mail stream (such as with UPS). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us or contact the US Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) where a customer service representative will document your concern. You may also visit the Postal Inspection Service website and complete a mail loss report. Be sure to include your package tracking number.
