Ordering by Mail:

You may place an order by mail by either initiating your order over the phone (call us toll-free at 877-635-3361) or by creating an order online and printing out your shopping-cart (that includes your total with shipping, tax & discounts). We accept payment via mail at the following address:

We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks and cash (please use extreme caution sending payment in the mail - we are not responsible for lost articles). Note that your order WILL NOT BE PROCESSED until your payment has cleared. You MUST ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 10 business days for your payment to clear. Once your payment is cleared, your order will be processed as usual.

Be sure to include the following with your order:

  • Order Details & Quantity
  • E-Mail Address (where you will be notified of your order status)
  • Shipping Address
  • Phone Number (where you can be reached should we have any questions regarding your order)


How long will my order take?
Be sure to indicate which shipping method you wish to use (along with the appropriate charge amount) when you send us your order. Shipping quotes can be obtained online in your shopping cart or by calling us toll-free at 877-635-3361.
As a general rule of thumb, processing & shipping time for your order (after your payment is cleared) will then be according the shipping method you choose:

  • Standard Shipping* - 3 to 9 Business Days
  • Priority Shipping - 2 to 3 Business Days
  • Insulated Shipping - 2 to 3 Business Days
  • Express Shipping - 1 to 2 Business Days
  • Global Priority** - 4 to 6 Business Days
  • Local Delivery - 1 Bus. Day (Denver Metro)
  • * Standard shipping not available for orders containing chocolate

    ** Global Priority shipments outside the US may be assesed additional customs charges. We are not responsible for these additional charges, please check with your local customs department before placing your order.

    Orders using Priority or Express Shipping will be automatically rushed as a priority order. Otherwise, priority is based on your Need-By date indicated upon checkout.

    Will I be able to track my order?
    Yes. Once your order is received, your order will be initiated, but will be placed on a HOLD STATUS until your payment is cleared. Once payment is processed, your order status can be tracked up until your order is ready to be shipped. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on ORDER STATUS at the top navigation menu.

    Additional tracking information:
    You will receive an e-mail notification that your order is ready to be shipped. Included in the e-mail will be a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online at usps.com.

    NOTE: Delivery Confirmation only provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once the article has been delivered. Other statuses are reported (such as electronic notification of sent package and/or attempted deliveries). However, it does not provide for any tracking through the mail stream (such as with UPS). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us or contact the US Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) where a customer service representative will document your concern. You may also visit the Postal Inspection Service website and complete a mail loss report. Be sure to include your package tracking number.
